Our experience with them started out alright. Then they kept raising the price on our monthly payments. And then when we were done, they cut off our lock before we could go get it. Very very displeased with them. Do not recommend. We would like our money back for our lock or a new lock completely in reimbursement.
I tried and tried to get ahold of them to rent a unit. After a week and a half of calling once or twice a day, I waited and waited to be told they didn't have anything available. While the place itself looks nice enough, I feel the customer service was lacking.
Nice units, helpful people and is really convenient also gated and security a huge plus!
Close to the highway and easy access. Very clean and great service!
I love working with them they are super nice and accommodating and have built very nice facility
