Blackfish Cafe is charming The food here is incredible-always good and creative. Access to the restaurant can be difficult. It's very popular and rightly so.
Amazing So blackfish had their baker and another staff person down at the farmers' market selling some bread and pastries. Let's just say amazing! Couldn't get enough.
yum They have great food, great margaritas, and a convenient location. They have great fish tacos. The wait staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely go back.
The Blackfish Cafe is one of the best restaurants on the Oregon Coast. They always have unique dinner specials on the weekend and the seafood always tastes really fresh. I try to go early because they can sometimes get quite a wait during the busy hours. I also love their NY steak! The only thing missing is an ocean view. I think the atmosphere almost makes up for the lack of view.
Excellent environment – My lady & I had dinner reservations @ Blackfish on 3.15.08 for 8:30pm. We were seated shortly after arriving at that time. A small table tucked into an alcove on the front side of the establishment. One of the specials was Alaskan king salmon - which I opted for. It was sublime! Blackfish has an innovative menu, but the food just isn't great. Their Asian style salad tasted like it was dressed with soy sauce and sugar. Their fish is often overcooked.
