I love Blackearth Java! The ladies are quick, friendly, and always have a smile on their faces! They ask me about the kids and always greet me by name!
Didn't like anything coffee till I tried their stuff
I wish I could post a gif. Only way I can describe this place is with dancing groot. Love it. It makes me happy and I live for when the coffee can touch my soul.
I had purchased a gift card and got all the way home and realized that it wasn't signed. I had called to notify them that the card was not signed and they told me that without it signed it wouldn't be excepted and they wanted me to return that day so that it can be signed. I feel that the execution was so poor, however the people were friendly up to the call back. I most likely will not return.
Abigail helped me with my order today and she was amazing. Great customer service goes a long ways!
