Great service overall. No issues for our past maintenance agreements, and we are renewing for another year. Talk to them for your hvac needs.
The Blackburn carter company is absolutely wonderful to work with and I cannot thank them enough for helping fix the air conditioning system for my mom. Everyone I spoke with was so kind and caring and professional! They went out of their way and above and beyond to help us fix the AC quickly and efficiently and the cost was so much better than we were expecting. This is a PS: to my previous post. Over my conversations about my issue, no one said they were sorry about my bad luck!!! 😞
I say thumbs down to this company! I spent $8,000 on a new Trane Heat Pump. 6 years later it required a new part - it was covered under warranty. HOWEVER, the labor was $1,500. When I talked to Steve the owner, I told him that my husband and I are in our 80’s and live only on SS, can’t we please get a Senior Discount? He said no. We can’t give a customer and a senior discount! DUH… I’ve been and other customers have been paying $200 a year for the customer discount! Why not get both discounts. Doesn’t make sense to me!!!!
