They were fast in scheduling on short notice. Professional and great customer service!
The service was prompt, professional and respectful. Installed a new line through my cabinets to my stove and everything turned out perfect and up to code.
Called march 3 to set up an appointment for today march 4th to have my mini boiler serviced. Appointment time was suppose to be between 12 and 4 no one ever showed up or called to rebook. I find this unacceptable and unprofessional if I could give them a 0 I would.
They promised to b here today for my water pipe fix. I called back 3 hours later for an update. SORRY BUT WE CAN'T COME TODAY. This is unacceptable on so many levels. They have No idea of Ethics, Responsibility and Professionalism. With their excuses, you'd think you were speaking to 4th graders. Again...no referrals ever for this bunch and very disappointing.
