I wish I could eat here everyday for the rest of my life!! HIGHLY recommend the chicken confit. Honestly, wow. �� also amazing service. We need a Whitefish, MT location ASAP!!
My date and I were well dressed, polite and completely sober but were turned away at the door because AND I QUOTE the server wanted to serve no less than 3 people. They want tips more than they want to provide a good experience.

First time in Bozeman, first time @Blackbirdkitchen. We're visiting from the Napa Valley, arguably a foodies playground. BBK was outstanding. Fortunate to sit at the bar and watch chef work the oven. All that you read about outstanding pizza, believe it. But wait there's more...tricolor salad, creative with great balance, yams fired in a skillet from the oven and a 2011 Barolo at a fair price that just hit the list, all were outstanding.
