We consider ourselves foodies and regularly eat at fine restaurants. We consider Blackbird Kitchen to be one of the best. We are not from Bozeman, but visit often. We wish Blackbird Kitchen was in our hometown of Fort Collins, Colorado - we would be there at least once a week!
Love it! It's our favorite. It's always the place we prefer for a date night.
Never had anything but excellent food and service at Blackbird. Didn't eat here enough when we lived here. We make sure to come every time we're in town. The chef has an outstanding pallete and exceptional creativity. Every item on the menu is worth it.
Food and service is top notch. You can taste the quality and freshness of the food! My only complaint is the seating and wish the tables were not on top of each other...hard to have conversations talking over others.
