We just stayed at Blackbird for the last five days and all I can say is AMAZING. From the moment we booked the rooms, to the planning, to check in and out, Emily and her staff are the best. They made us feel welcome, gave wonderful recommendations of places to dine, wineries to try, and other little Napa Valley treasures to check out. Just spent 4 days in downtown Napa and the staff at Blackbird Inn were very friendly! Breakfast and happy hour were awesome. Room number 7 was very nice and everyone was so professional. I would recommend the Blackbird Inn to anyone who wants to be in walking distance of all the downtown restaurants.
This place was so terrific. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We were there for my adult daughter's birthday and when they found out at the Inn, they not only got her a small birthday cake for the evening ... they gave her a candle with her breakfast too. Best Inn in Napa Valley. Second to NONE! The woodworking skills are the first thing you notice. Handcrafted walls, furniture, cabinets, stairway, doors, Windows, front porch, rear entrance. All done with skill and an eye for "Craftsman Era" home style. This house, the outstanding staff (Emily and Jodi) the little fireplace in the main room. Exquisite! The care the Emily and Jodi have. You would have thought they owned the Inn. Great Hosts of Napa Valley......AAAA++++
We had a wonderful stay! It was my birthday and they were sure to make it special. They were helpful in making reservations and recommendations. The rooms were clean and so cozy. Highly recommended! We can’t wait to go back!
Location is perfect after wineries all day and wanting a simple downtown dinner. The evening wine and cheese is great. All around a simple, relaxing, well rested Napa experience! Clean, comfortable and friendly Inn we had a great experience and had 2 rooms on the main level off the lobby and breakfast area.
