Love the vibe - great food, wonderful service and super options for celiac, too!
Service was not good. Granted, it was game day in Norman. The food was lackluster and flavorless. Not what I expected from a Gastro Pub. Pretty disappointed.
Got thrown up on by a college girl who had clearly been over served, no one seems to care and didn't ask her to leave. The guy at the hostess stand wasn't actually putting names down, we waited 45 min because he never took our name, then claimed we walked away...stood there by the bar he whole time. The bartenders were super grumpy and clearly hated their job. They don't accommodate food allergies. On a positive note, our server was great and we enjoyed the food! . We did not eat there but we had a few drinks, the service was very good, all were friendly!!
I love the food and the exceptional service at Blackbird but I do have one suggestion. If you know - as you did - that the water was disgusting, it would have been a better decision to offer bottled water to all of your customers who wanted water and to use bottled water for making your iced tea. I am a little disappointed that no one thought to do that. I still gave you 5 stars for the food and the service. I will always come back. And thank you for doing such a good job with our group of about 25. Well done.
Wonderful as usual! Great service especially being game day!
Good service and good food. Whiskey list very impressive and reasonably priced. Was there for lunch so skipped the scotch and bourbon but will go back when I can.
