One of the most well-known restaurants on the Island, Blackbeards serves a diverse clientele, and for that reason it can get very busy during the tourism/spring break season. The menu contains a tempting mix of drinks (Strawberry Daiquiri, Rum Punch), sandwiches (Yellowfin Tuna, The Pearl - a fried oyster po' boy) and other seafood dishes (Ginger Teriyaki Tuna Steak, Stuffed Shrimp). We go all the time and loved this place for many years. Bad experience. Poor service. Food was cold, had to ask several times for silverware. Same for the drinks, had to ask to refill tea several times. The restaurant was not even busy. Waitress texting on her phone. We won’t be back.
