One of the most well-known restaurants on the Island, Blackbeards serves a diverse clientele, and for that reason it can get very busy during the tourism/spring break season. The menu contains a tempting mix of drinks (Strawberry Daiquiri, Rum Punch), sandwiches (Yellowfin Tuna, The Pearl - a fried oyster po' boy) and other seafood dishes (Ginger Teriyaki Tuna Steak, Stuffed Shrimp). My family and I ate at Blackbeards a lot in the 90's. You guys have THE best rib eye steaks, Texas toast, and fantastic onion rings! I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often! Excellent food!

Favorite island restaurant when we lived in Texas 20 years ago. Just here visiting on a sentimental journey after 20 years. Had the same Shrimp pop boy as was my favorite 20'yearsnago.
Have been visiting Blackbeards for over 30 years, recommend my all time favorite, Fantail Special, you can’t go wrong with it...
Our waiter was awesome, food was great and the atmosphere is cozy but fun and lively!
