VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WE WERE GIVEN A PACKAGE PRICE AND PAID FOR SERVICES ON TIME IN DECEMBER 2025. THEY KEPT POSTPONING THE DAY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO GET WHAT WE PAID FOR. THIS WENT ON FOR 5 MONTHS. AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES I HAD TO GO TO THEIR LOCATION AND THREATEN THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PRESERVING YOUR CHILD'S MEMORIES. THEY SHOULD SHUT THEIR DOORS. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM OR YOU'LL BE SORRY.
Great experience. I got my graduation pictures done here. Very satisfied.
Very unprofessional money hungry was taking pictures at my daughter school and was late took forever and lied about taking our kids pictures and wouldn’t even allow our children to take pictures with there siblings even though they was supposed too Highly Do Not Recommend. Very impatient and lies about services that will be given. The prints are hard to view because of the excessive watermarking places on photos the photo quality was poor
We had a wonderful experience at B&W Photography. We did in-house HS senior shots and my daughter had a wonderful experience. Mr. White is great at what he does. He was able to add a requested edit and I am beyond pleased with her photos. I am so happy I made the investment to capture this occasion— well worth it.

Wanted to charge parents $50 per photo, ridiculous. Very impatient and does not communicate well. Booked and never received prints only because he was mad that the group disapproved of him handling the situation that they defaulted on.
