Very unprofessional and just bullies people for the owners 🤷🏻♀️ honestly with the terrible communication and the increased high rates I’m not sure why people like this can stay in business and not sure why people hire them to do their dirty work. You can’t bully people into paying you more when you haven’t put in any work into the locations you manage. It’s against the law to tell people your not going to fix things until they pay you lord. Good luck filling these properties lol
