Awesome burgers and shakes!!! Excellent customer service as well!
Eating at the Venetian location here in Las Vegas. Was eager out on the patio which was partially empty but was told had to wait 25 to 45 mins????? So we sat in side. Ordered chips and their little cup of con queso. Don’t recommend. Order a California burger that said on the menu it would have sliced avocados instead got a pile of guacamole?????? Tiny water glasses with semi cold water. All in all not best place to eat.
They make the couriers wait outside even in the rain
Cosy inside, tastefull burgers with handcut fries and MASSIVE SHAKES. I had the Brooklyn blackout shake, it was huge and delicious!!! I promise you, will be back soon xx
I had the Brooklyn Blackout Chocolate milkshake and it was easily the best chocolate milkshake I literally have ever had! We shared a burger and it was just as incredible. We were lucky and didn’t have to wait but witness many others after us have to wait to be seated. Our server was incredible and when we preferred different temps on our shared burger he made sure to cook one half MW and the other half M. Great hospitality.
Best restaurant in NYC! Best fried chicken sandwiches, milk shakes, and burgers you can have! It’s a must every time we are in NYC! Please make one in Boston!
The milkshakes were amazing! Great burgers! Service was exceptional!
