The worst expirience ever, they missed my order 3 times and took and hour and a half to miss deliver again at the third time the chef said that he will cook the burguer for me and messed up also delivering with overcooked egg and patty, I just ate the stuff because i was starbing and the friend that I was with has eaten his burguer half a hour ago, nevertheless the manager didn't apologize and was a dick head about it even came with a cleaner teeth stick in his mouth saying nothing... the only person that tried to help and t... read more

Ate at the one on Broom street in NYC on Sunday afternoon around 12 30 sat in the corner right down stairs and to the left ...LOVED it! Great service and food came out quickly shakes were awesome as well! Will def be a trip visit stop!

Black Tap burgers, milkshakes, and staff all three were excellent. We will definitely be back on our next trip to NYC.
I took my Mother there for Mothers Day and she absolutly loved it as I did, the bergers were increadable as well as the shakes!
The best burger salad ever!! Totlaay recommend this place!
