Great location! If I am ever in the Omaha area again this is where I will be staying.
Black Squirrel Flats far exceeded our expectations! We just moved to the area and were looking for a safe and convenient place for kids and work location. Doug and his team did an amazing job on the community. We had everything we needed during this transition. It’s safe, convenient to other areas, and accommodations are unmatched. We felt at home here and will miss it! I would highly recommend staying here and would happily stay again if needed.

This little complex is amazing! Adorable, spacious, and clean. I love the fact there is a small gym on the property for residents only. Each unit also has its own garage and driveway. The landlords/ owners/ BSF Team are kind and trustworthy. If you need anything (within reason) they are there to help. It is clear they take pride in the little community they’ve built. There are also “quiet hours” so the residents seem to keep noise production to a minimum.
Great place if you’re looking for short term rental. Was great being so close to Omaha, very clean and nicely decorated.
