The black squirrel flats are an amazing place to stay! Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here, they are very cozy and super clean, they are in a great location only being 10 minutes from downtown Omaha. I highly recommend everyone give these townhouses a stay!
We had an excellent experience staying at Black Squirrel Flats! The location was perfect, close to highways, shopping centers, the Mid-America Center, and Bellevue University. I was in town for my graduation, and this place made the trip extra special. Doug was an outstanding host who provided an amazing home that was spotless, well-stocked with great amenities, and located in a safe, gated community. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
I travel for work, so I stay in a lot of airbnb’s. I would highly recommend staying at the Black Squirrel Flats. It was a very comfortable stay. The apartment is well designed with all the amenities. The Flats are a gated, small and quiet complex, that has 24 hour security cameras. I stayed at the Flats for a year, so I saw all four seasons. Great location! If I am ever in the Omaha area again this is where I will be staying.
Black Squirrel Flats far exceeded our expectations! We just moved to the area and were looking for a safe and convenient place for kids and work location. Doug and his team did an amazing job on the community. We had everything we needed during this transition. It’s safe, convenient to other areas, and accommodations are unmatched. We felt at home here and will miss it! I would highly recommend staying here and would happily stay again if needed.
