You know a restaurant in Provo is good if you arrive at 5 and there's already a line, and none of them are students. We didn’t have a reservation, and they warned us that we'd only have an hour at our table. What we ordered: Bleu's Fire Grits: we only ordered these because of the macros on the shrimp.
