Great Customer Service!!! Great Vehicle!!!! Best Memories!!! So this was probably the best unexpected part of my trip to Bryce Canyon. Starting off with the car waiting for me as I came out of the airport, AC on and ready to go! Our family rented the Ford Transit for a several week trip through Utah and had a great experience with Black Rock! Communication was clear and prompt, pricing was amazing and the Van was a hit with family. Would definitely go through Black Rock again and highly recommend to anyone!
Nate is awesome to work with. My green Ford bronco was clean well maintained and dropped off right outside the baggage claim on time. Nate met me at the airport, assisted getting my luggage out and make sure I was pointed in the right direction. He made sure that my child’s booster seat was in the vehicle with the cooler. We live in Southern Utah but needed to travel to Texas for a funeral. Traveling with 6 people would have been cramped in any of our vehicles. We rented the Escalade and it was a much more comfortable trip. They knew that we were traveling to Texas and back so they serviced it, rotated the tires, detailed it, and even changed the cabin air filters. They were very accommodating to our schedule, great service.
