Awesome company to rent from! Nate was easy to work with and made the rental process very relaxed. I would rent from here again in a heartbeat. We were here for vacation and our car broke down. We immediately called Nate who made an exception for us and got us back on the road with a jeep! It saved our trip!
Nate has made getting a rental car very seamless. Even if it’s last minute. This is quite helpful for my line of work. My car is always on time and ready for me when needed at the airport. Fast communication, and can do everything by text!
Cannot say enough great things about Black Rock Rentals and Nate! We had car trouble and needed a rental at 7:30 pm. We found Black Rock and Nate arranged a rental, picked us up and had us on our way in 30 minutes. We can’t wait to come back to St. George and work with him again. True customer service and excellent communication- Black Rock Rentals rescued us from the side of the road and helped reset the rest of our vacation!
