Great company, and down to earth owners and staff.
From permitting to plans Travis is an absolute mess. They treat employees terribly and have issues retaining good workers due to high stress and poor planning. Up charge the subcontractors and blaming them or the owner was an everyday practice. This was the worst work environment I’ve ever seen and I was a Marine who served several combat deployments. I warn everyone about this company because they are the epitome of dishonest contracting, deflecting blame, and poor management.
I have worked with the team at Black Rock Construction Management for a little more than a year in a professional capacity. From owners to administration and project managers, the entire team is professional and friendly. I have witnessed the growth and success of this company first hand.
