This Black Rock location is convenient, friendly, and usually reliable. It’s one of my usual go-to spots for drive-thru caffeine. However, something really needs to be done about the parking lot/car line situation. The employees taking orders on the tablet outside need better safety/weather gear for themselves and also the tablet itself. If the rain makes it hard to use the touchscreen, then attach a rain shield on the tablet. I ordered a Fuel this morning through doordash. The barista, Abigael L, wrote my name and drew a little rose on the lid. This made my day. Ive been having a rough few months grieving for my best friend. this little drawing was a light in my darkness. Even the most insignificant to one, is priceless to another. Thank you, Abigael, for bringing a lil whimsy to my life. BlackRock, please give this sweet person a raise
