I absolutely LOVE Black Rock Coffee. But for the love of my clothes and my truck PLEASE change out your horrible cups!! Whether I go to the one in Colorado Springs or in Littleton the cups leak constantly from the lid and drips on me. The rim of the cup breaks down where the lid comes off when drinking it! I cannot be the only person complaining about this. Buy sturdier cup. I will pay more not to get coffee on me. Thank you!
Service is horrible here. As I sat and waited for my order that took to long to place, other customers were coming up and looking for their drink order or food order. Just horrible inefficient and improvement is needed.
Coffees great, service is great besides them only having 1 person on. The one girl that is here is WORKING HARD, but it’s taking a while for people to get their drinks bc it’s busy. Not going to put less stars, bc I’m not upset at all but I can imagine this isn’t ideal for their employees.
Food / beverages are good. My only complaint is the slow WiFi speeds. OOKLA speed test rates this establishment with a snail pace of 3.87 Mbps. The Amish has better speeds. Just something to keep in mind if you’re doing work / school stuff.
