They are always so friendly and quick at this location
Received a frozen donut that cost 3.99+tax. Drinks are very delicious. Sometimes you use the speaker and sometimes you don’t. Sometimes very slow. If I see a line I skip choosing to go here due to the inconvenience.
The ONLY good black rock I’ve ever been to. And unlike some people I’ve been to many of them. All across the valley. Hopefully the leadership will keep remembering that excellent customer service is detrimental to long term success. Your other locations are pathetic. I have no idea why anyone would even go to them. Rude employees!!!!!!! This one however, is different…. So far
Sat in the drive through line for 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me because they weren’t using the drive through speaker? Why? It’s a Friday, it’s gonna be busy… I just don’t understand the point of having the drive through speaker if they aren’t going to use it. It would have sped up the process of sitting in line substantially. Doesn’t make sense!
