They are VERY VERY slow to get your drinks out to you. They have no sense of urgency and they dont very good customer service. Kind of seemed like the barista was irritated we were there. We ordered 10 mins ahead and one car ahead of us. Took us 20 mins to get our drinks. Only plus was the drinks were good.
I used to love Black Rock, but I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experiences. I recently paid $6.70 for a medium half sweet vanilla breve, only to find the cup filled to barely over halfway, when I address this issue previously, the staff corrected it, but during my most recent visit, the employee simply dismissed my concerns by stating that the remaining space in the cup was "just foam."
