I come here often to study lately it has been extremely hot to the point it's uncomfortable to study and do work... The AC is at 80 degrees! Talk to an amazing employee asking if he could turn it down he mentioned that it is controlled wirelessly and although it is set to 72 it isn't going down... He mentioned it to manger and the manger does not seem to take it seriously or care having guest and employees in this heat!
I order from here almost everyday. Same drink, a Breve with extras (coconut flavor and a little sugar). I’ve asked them why sometimes I cannot taste any coconut flavor at all, like they forgot it. And sometimes it has amazing coconut flavor, as I ordered. I asked if I needed to order it a different way to get consistency and was told sometimes the person making the coffee just does it differently. I’m paying extra for those extras and I always tip.
