I order from here almost everyday. Same drink, a Breve with extras (coconut flavor and a little sugar). I’ve asked them why sometimes I cannot taste any coconut flavor at all, like they forgot it. And sometimes it has amazing coconut flavor, as I ordered. I asked if I needed to order it a different way to get consistency and was told sometimes the person making the coffee just does it differently. I’m paying extra for those extras and I always tip. Last Saturday I had went to get a drink before heading to work. It was super busy in the drive thru so I went inside but it was also super busy! I ordered my drink and waited quite a while which I didn’t mind. I was running late to work but started to notice people that had ordered after me had gotten their drinks.
