I order coffee quite often and sometimes go to Black Rock because it's right down the road from where I live. I love the coffee but this place is the worst as far as mobile ordering. One time I went in and they served every walk-in and they got their coffee quicker than mine. Mine wasn't even ready even though I usually order it half an hour to 45 minutes on my mobile app and it should be a quick grab. The girl asked if I wanted to cancel it. Extremely friendly staff and always a very clean store. Drive thru line is sometimes pretty long but they always seem to move through the customers quickly. Highly recommend this location.
Ordered a medium drink the other day with a coffee cake and the drink was decent but to my horror I found a pube like hair in my coffee cake. Quite disgusting.
I love it here
I live in Mesa, but work in Queen Creek and always make a pitstop at this location
