We had some refresher drinks with a grilled cheese sandwich, it was delicious
The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever seen!!! Hands down the most rude, disrespectful and out right entitled employee I’ve ever encountered! Smashed breakfast and broken lids making a sticky mess…. and apparently there are no managers so they don’t need to rectify or even attempt to make the situation right!
I hate to leave bad reviews, mainly because most establishments go above and beyond to serve their customers. That is not the case for this particular location. They consistently could not be bothered to help anyone walking in. As soon as I came in, a woman that was waiting in line voiced to the staff that there were people waiting and that she was leaving. They need some serious corporate intervention to help get them back on track.
Love the atmosphere. Everyone is so nice. When the AZ weather is nice its a great place to come and sit to enjoy a coffee. They have large doors they can open up the sitting area.
