Waited 25 min at the counter and not one employee acknowledged me. I had a mobile order that wasn’t in the mobile order pickup and by the time they handed it to me all the ice was melted.

I like this location. The staff is friendly and helpful if you let them know you are curious about a drink or something like that. Side note, my app hadn't been working properly. Today it worked and I was able to order in advance.

I’ve tried giving this locations chances however their customer service is horrible. They are always rude and seem like they don’t want to be there and it’s an inconvenience to assist customers. Today I waited in line for 15mins they had no signage nor did the person taking the order state they weren’t taking cash. I paid cash yesterday. My credit card was compromised and I’m only using cash until my new one arrives not their problem I know however they should disclose to customers before allowing them to order.
