I would leave zero if I could. The manager Mateo i think?? Was super rude to one of the girls working there. I saw the workers use the same pitcher for alternative milk and regular milk without rinsing them. I even saw them use the same grinder for decaf and regular coffee...which...what's the point?? No latte art no quality and bad service and attitudes. Mine as well stick to local coffee Instead of these cheap chains.
Extremely slow service. Horrible area. Took 35 min to get 2 drinks. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.
Is this location not actually closing at 7 cause I’ve now shown up 3 times and they are closed when I get there 15min before 7. I know that’s close to closing but I’d think they would be open it’s closest to my house. I just keep going to Dutch bros cause they are open but further which sucks
This was only my 2nd time utilizing Black Rock 4 a drink! And BOTH times they tasted Wonderful! The service was outstanding &their parking lot was immaculate!
I had a Carmel blondie last night and it was horrible! It didn’t have any Carmel in it. If it did it only had a small amount. Horrible coffee I couldn’t even drink it. It tasted like black coffee. Not sweet at all. Definitely not returning.
