The mobile drive thru lane was possibly the worst idea ever. There really should be no reason to be waiting in line for 20 minutes when a whole other lane is open.
Bring back the other drive thru, not only is the mobile lane extremely slow and most times very empty but having one extremely consistent long line affects the surrounding businesses. I’ve seen several cars locked in due to the line. The set up just does not make sense. It’s a pain for everybody.
Downloaded the app so I can order drinks half sweet. They're always great!
I come to Black Rock almost every weekday and the service is always amazing. Mia is one of the baristas I see the most and she is an absolute delight every time. She’s remembered my order at this point! The entire staff here is ALWAYS friendly, easy-going, and hard-working, which is very much appreciated. The drinks are delicious and hit the spot every time! I couldn’t ask for a better coffee spot!
