Staff is always friendly. This is my favorite coffee, so delicious. Love this place.

Although the employee at the window was smiling when reading off my order, when I tipped her she didn’t even say thank you ? Like why am I tipping when all you do is make a drink and hand it to me, but I did and not even a thank you ?! Also my blended brevé had big chunks of ice still in the drink, not happy because this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened….maybe I should ask for it to be double blended or not visit this location I suppose ☹️ #crunchcrunchcrunch
