Really upset. I go to this location and order an iced americano almost daily. Today my drink was made by olivia who put an extreme amount of ice in my drink. When asked to put a little less ice, she proceeded with an attitude stating that is how an iced americano is made which is far from true. I love all the drinks from black rock when i actually get the correct order! This time i went on lunch got a blue lagoon and after driving off and taking my first sip it didnt have the Fuel energy part! The whole reason for getting the drink! Very very disappointed prolly wont be going there for awhile… Maybe ill have better luck next time.
