I am SO happy they have a location so close to me! I am obsessed with their Iced matcha latte with the lavendar protien cold foam!! It is so amazing and the staff is always so friendly.
I placed a pre-order 15 minutes before arriving, yet I was ignored while waiting in line. When I finally reached the counter, I was told it wasn't ready. At that point, I had been waiting 20 minutes for a drink I ordered well in advance. The cashier seemed completely indifferent. When I asked for an ETA or a refund, I was ignored until a person with curly hair told me to "chill out" and brushed me off again.
