I was at black rock drive thru this morning, and I was told to wait at the speaker for my order to be taken and I was talking to my freinds in the car. We were not screaming or yelling. A male worker ( 5’7-5’9 white male with a mustache and light brunette hair in a middle part) came out and said “why are you screaming in my ear” and I thought he was making a joke because we were just talking but then proceeded to be very passive aggressive tone while taking our order. I had a pretty disappointing experience at Black Rock this morning. I understand my group might have been a little loud—especially that early around 7am—but the employee working the drive-thru at that time was noticeably rude and passive-aggressive about it. I get that it can be frustrating, but working in customer service means handling situations professionally, and the attitude we got was not okay.
