unfortunately, the service here is really bad. i always have to repeat my order a number of times, just for the staff to get it wrong anyways. i never get anything crazy (hot flat white with soymilk usually), so I'm not sure where the disconnect is. they will give me regular milk (lactose intolerant), iced (ask for hot), or do a completely different drink (latte). i understand these are young employees who likely have this as their first jobs, but i'm not sure where i can point fingers for the issues (poor training, lack of ... read more

Well, unfortunately, I’m gonna have to part ways with this branch of Black Rock coffee bar… I’ve been coming here for quite a while ever since it’s opened and honestly when it’s good it’s really good but when it’s bad and or they completely mess up the order I feel I just wasted my money. I am not sure who the manager of the establishment is, but they’re doing themselves a huge disservice by not properly training opening staff.
