The atmosphere is nice and all that but I got a xlarge caramel latte to go. It was lukewarm at first step I have hotter water that comes out of the tap at my house I understand you don't want coffee to boil and scald someone but a cup of coffee shouldn't be ice cold in 5 minutes especially when you're talking $10 tipping off for it
