It's a great place to get your caffeine fix unfortunately they do not remind you about your points so you have to tell them remember my points and use your phone number
I love Black Rock and this was my first and last visit to this location. Took about 5 minutes to get our order taken and once our order was received, they gave me the wrong size. I looked at the person, as they looked back at me and said this was supposed to be a large. I just got a whatever look and they went right back to work. Never acknowledged me at all. I love Black Rock except for this location. The coffees were made wrong. Also, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience when I ask them to fix them. Then the coffees were bitter. I couldn’t drink mine. My wife let the ice melt to get the coffee taste less bitter. I do not recommend this location.
