First time here, definitely busy for a Sunday morning so I figured mobile ordering was best. Ordered a hot tea and a fuel energy. I thought wrong because as I was sitting there waiting most of the lobby had already received there drinks and even people walking in to order got there drinks quicker then I did. Last week, we went through the drive through and they added sweetener to a plain latte. This week, we ordered ahead through the app and gave them extra time to make the order since it was a BOGO day - we understand that things get a little hectic on a busy day. We walked in FORTY-FIVE minutes past the promised ready time and our order wasn’t even started yet. We had to wait in the order line 10 minutes before they even started making our 2 drinks. We only have issues with this location. Won’t be coming here again.
This place is five stars, no complaints as it is all around good. It's not my favorite coffee shop, but it's closer than my favorite. It's always clean here, service is quick and the employees are very friendly. I see Liliana the most it seems like and she does such a great job everytime I come by!
