Great experience!!! I loved the drink and the service was great!
Went through the drive thru yesterday morning. Had 2 orders. The associate didn't hear that we had a second order and separated into 2 orders. They made a cold latte for me even though I wanted hot. My order isn't the average though she continued to assume it was a cold matcha latte with 2%, and raspberry. Took many attempts and unsure if I got what I even ordered.. it was a hot matcha coconut milk and sugar free raspberry. After opening the drink, I realized another associate just dumped the milk in and didn't froth it all.... read more
I walked into the store to avoid waiting for the line. They obviously prioritize the drive-through customers first. I watched the girl make five coffees before getting my order and had to wait 15 minutes.
