Why give them your phone number they do not keep track of purchases unless you have an app. They will not tell you this untill after you bought months of coffees the. Not honor the purchases. Also lite ice seems to mean more ice than coffee still. If I want water then this is a great place to get an iced coffee. To be honest I can make th same drink at home for pennies on the dollar and without the loyalty program and filling all over drinks with ice and little drink is a waste of money. Used to come here a lot until they started staffing one person in the mornings. Waits increased quite a bit
Had a great experience here ordering ahead of time. Not a long wait and very friendly staff.
It really just depends on the barista or their mood for how the drink will taste. As of Late Black Rock employees have been making burnt tasting blended drinks, and the employees at the walker road location are no longer nice like they used to be when I moved here a year ago… I love black rock so it sucks bc I am not willing to keep wasting money, not to mention they have a really sh*tty rewards system!
