I actually really love this location mainly because of the friendly staff and the drinks are almost always good. Today unfortunately the service was not too great as well as the drinks. I got an iced matcha latte and they handed me the drink in the photo. I’ve had matcha from this location in the past and it’s never looked like this before. Staff is always friendly! Coffee is okay but over priced! I will say over the years that blackrock has been near me, I've tried all kinds of food stuff and I'm being so honest when I say that their food stuff is never that good. The only food item I've gotten there that I enjoyed was the old egg and bacon Danish they had but they got rid of it a few years ago. I Dont drink coffee but do like there fuel drinks. Always order with app and when I get there drinks are ready to go, friendly and welcoming staff
