My husband and I visit this location daily. The staff is typically quite lovely and I look forward to interacting with particular members of the crew. However, in the last month or so, they have managed to get at least one of our drinks wrong every visit. Today, I ordered a sonoran latte and got handed back some sort of messed up mexican mocha. Always great service and great coffee. I choose the shaken espresso and add some SF Vanilla and oat milk and it's delicious. Food is good and they offer kids smoothies which we always get for our daughter and she loves it.
Arrived and took 2 minutes for workers to acknowledge us. When one worker came to us she asked if we were ready to order it did we need more time. NEVER MAKE ASSUMPTIONS! Always greet the customer as soon as they enter then ask if they need more time. Coffee is more expensive and whipped cream is 50¢ extra, but it's not better than Starbucks.
