Absolutely Horrible Drinks and a complete lack of service this is unacceptable for a company to have such a bad experience with water down drinks and excessive syrups!!! Every drink makes my stomach hurt! Please close this location and go to Bentleys or Something else!

This coffee shop I been going to for awhile now. I really don’t understand why there only one drive threw and one window just for mobile pick up. There no walk up window. I gone through the other window. I think the woman was pretty rude about. Out no where now you guys only have one line. Sometimes it takes awhile. If there only one line they should come out and take orders. I love the coffee one line now is can be a little crazy. Since Salem doesn’t have that many of these coffee shops here.
I love this place my coffee order is always exactly what im needing and they have really yummy breakfast burritos and such a great staff too!
