I don’t know what is wrong with the girls working here right now (Sunday November 9th 2025 at 2:50pm) but it has taken at least 5-10 minutes for every car in front of us. Then we get to the window and she has her back turned to us chatting about her boyfriend with her coworkers for about 30 seconds before acknowledging us or taking our order. Whoever was working yesterday morning at this Black Rock location off Lancaster in Salem on 10/28/25 who was taking orders the one who had her brown hair up was not very welcoming at all!!I’m sorry but DO BETTER when it comes to making your customers feel welcomed and special especially when it’s their “BiRTHDAY” but thanks to Bentleys in Salem and also the Dutch Bros in Salem who saved the day and most definitely made me happy feel good and special!😊THEY ARE ALWAYS SO WELCOMING and they are all so very kind and sweet.And s... read more
