We don't have a Black Rock near us and so when we travel and see one I make it a point to get coffee here. We pulled up to the drive through and the first thing they asked was if I was picking up an order. To which I said no, they replied this line is only for doordash and pick up. I asked if there was a sign that says that and was told there is one but it's really small but if you want to order you have to pull into the other lane. Wow, followed the "enter here" sign, wait 10 minutes for the line, then get told I'm in the online ordering lane - go get in another line. No signage mentioning this. Needless to say I left without buying a coffee and doubt I'll go back anytime soon. Really? Just make the coffee and tell me that next time go in the other lane.
