Trying to make BR my go-to place when I get coffee, but the systems in place are alienating to infrequent visitors like myself. Having to wait about 8 minutes in line just to find out that I pulled up to the wrong window. I'll admit that in the 6:30 AM lighting, It's hard to tell if there was any kind of signage indicating that this was the line just for mobile pickup, so I will accept some fault here. The pickup line and regular line should really be swapped. My first time here I waited for 3 cars infront of me just to get sent to the next line when I pulled up to the window. They should at least have started taking my order. Really annoying.
Great coffee and awesome staff
Drive thru is a joke. Small signs that says for mobile pick up only couldn't even see it and got told u have to go to the other line. No other black rock I've been to has ever done this. This a problem. I'll never come to this location again.
