Making 1 lane for mobile pickup only is going to ruin it for your customers. The speed previously wasn’t top tier. They only have 1 employee working most of the time. As a ex barista for 7 years, going through the lane and being denied because it’s now an only mobile pickup. This will be a big mistake on there end. Make sure you guys are having a runner outside to get orders, nobody will get in a long coffee line if there is now only 1 lane.
Went into the drive thru and noticed the cars in front of me not being served and leaving mad. I pulled up to the window and was told you had to order from the app before getting in line. Like all the cars before me I left and went somewhere else. I will not return
