The staff here are always in a good mood and smiling. Very efficient as well.
often wrong orders. the girls there just sit around and talk. was there a week and a half ago and the car in front of me (im guessing this was a boyfriend) was chatting with the barista for over 15 mins and didnt buy anything. i didnt mind as i wasnt in a rush but it happened again last night with the same barista. she also gave me the wrong size drinks. i ordered an extra large and a large and she gave me mediums. i didnt notice until i was home as this was a pickup order and the drinks were in a bag.
