I came in to try Black rock coffee for the first time. The only item I would’ve eaten for breakfast they were out of stock on. I ordered a sugar-free vanilla latte very low kit temp. It came out full temperature, but the worst part was, I ordered my drink and use the restroom for a minute when I came back. Terrible, be very careful if you go there because if they make your drink wrong, they will not admit it and they will not compensate you for anything. I don’t like the brand of almond milk and coconut milk that they use and I can’t have dairy. No other coffee places uses the brand they use and it taste like goats milk but I love Black Rock coffee so I take my own almond milk in a mason jar and I buy The two shots that come in a small iced latte and flavoring.
