Today we stopped in and ordered a drink. They were very busy and I had my family waiting in the car so we decided to go eat lunch a few doors down. Every time we come here, we ask for LIGHT milk in our iced lattes. We specifically state every. single. time., that we want light milk. For some reason, no one seems to understand this. The girl in the drive thru proceeded to argue with us and stated that the cup was filled with ice even though, we watched her make out drinks and poured a lot of milk into the espresso before pouring it into the cup of ice.
