Little loud but I understand
Register operator needs to be fired, no receipt, ordered hot pumpkin coffee got cold iced. Laughed as I left.
This place is a joke. Black Rock Coffee somehow manages to take forever no matter how long the line is. I could’ve brewed a whole pot at home by the time they handed me my drink. Zero urgency, zero consistency, and definitely not worth the wait. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else.
Every time we come here, we ask for LIGHT milk in our iced lattes. We specifically state every. single. time., that we want light milk. For some reason, no one seems to understand this. The girl in the drive thru proceeded to argue with us and stated that the cup was filled with ice even though, we watched her make our drinks and poured a lot of milk into the espresso before pouring it into the cup of ice.
