Food is acceptable. Service is humble and respectful. Music is absolutely horrible, this shop would probably be more popular with adults if they played classical music or music without words. Though the loud music I think is ment to drown out the loud coffee machines and any noise from coffee orders. Been there regularly for a long time, this place has less than impressed the last few months. Today we went and the service was garage and the coffee is so burnt we can’t even drink it and this is about the fifth time but we keep giving them chances. So Not sure what’s been happening but it’s not good. At least pretend you are excited for customers (especially regulars) and fix the coffee. The staff are USUALLY nice except for one, she's very snarky, and rude. Besides the drinks are actually very good. And definitely worth a shot!
