One of my new go to places for Coffee and Treats. The server is always Grand, the Coffee is Exceptional and Service Great.
Service and drinks thus far - a 5. Every single person who has waited on my wife and I, each one, friendly. Seriously. We are unaffiliated with Black Rock in any way other than just customers, but I will update after checking with my spouse to remind me of the names of the employees. The baristas and those working the drive thru never once were one of them in a bad mood. We got our orders in a timely manner, they were correct each time and worth every penny. I love Blackrock, but this location definitely needs more training for their baristas. I've gotten the same drink 3 times, and it's been different every time I've gone. The kids that work here are either stoned or just don't know how to listen. They say they are ready to take my order so I start to order, and I slow it down just so they get it and they are either talking to someone else while im ordering or just zoned out when I talk because after I order they ask me to repeat myself or they read back something very differen... read more
This is an appreciation post to the two amazing employees who were working here at this place on morning Feb17th, 25. Kudos to those two amazing ladies for their customer empathy, hard-work and catering to customers needs.
