They usually make my ice tea the way I like it fresh brewed but today they gave me one that had set for awhile in the refrigerator. It did not taste right. Chase normally is the one who does it. He does an amazing job.

Great service! My order was made exactly as I liked it. On one occasion, I forgot to request an ingredient, and she promptly asked me if I wanted it We are lucky to have Black Rock Coffee near us
Every time I come here they make my sunrise fuel wrong. I know that there is a correct way to make them as per training, including addind the orange juice at the end. But they do it wrong and add the orange juice first. It might seem trivial, but I'm paying $6 for something I expect product consistency from a chain establishment.
