We LOVE the team at Black River Vet. Every single person there is kind and friendly and helpful and compassionate. And our dog may not admit it, but he loves it too! A special call out to Dr Palac and each tech who has treated Menlo with TLC every time.
The people at BRVH are fantastic. We’ve taken our animals there for years and always found it to be a special place. We just left for vacation and realized we left the insulin for our diabetic cat at home. They were great helping us call several places until we found one that could fill the prescription. Thanks for all your help. �
I can’t say enough nice things about this place. Dr Tack has helped my dog a ton with his rashes and getting things under control. He’ll always wants to see your dog for rechecks to make sure things progress as they should. I can go on but I’ll just say that I finally found my permanent veterinarian.
Took my 5 month old puppy in for a pre-spay check up and was blown away by the patience and kindness they gave her as she was very nervous and scared. The vet and vet tech took time after examining her to sit on the floor and allow her to get comfortable with them. By the time we left she was running around the lobby and getting belly rubs from the staff. Thank you!
There are not words to express our gratitude is saving Boomer’s life. I rushed our dog in, Dr. Tack quickly took X-rays, ultrasound and blood work. Quickly determined that he needed a splenectomy or he would die. He cleared his schedule and He and Dr. Jess saved his life. Dr. Tack’s compassion and excellent diagnostic talent is unparalleled. The staff have been tremendous too!
