So, I have posted a review before regarding Dr. Palac, Dr. Hancock, and Dr. Tack, but this week I had an emergency with my cat and we ended up seeing Dr. Bleiseth (hope I'm spelling that right) and she was absolutely fantastic. She was honest, compassionate, and caring in dealing with my cat that has a heart condition. I just had to share that there is not a single vet at Black River that I wouldnt put my faith in. They are all fantastic!
Dr Tack was the most comforting person I could ask for when we needed to put down our beautiful golden retriever. I couldn’t ask for a better family of doctors and staff to take care of my pets! It is so obvious everyone there loves animals, and they are flexible enough to make even the most nervous dogs comfortable

When we found a lump on our cat's leg, we had an idea it wasn't good news. Dr. Tack helped talk us through the diagnosis and the treatment. Tigger needed his leg amputated. Dr Tack was very sympathetic and understanding. He performed the surgery and Tigger ended up having a full recovery. Thanks to him, Tigger lived another 3 happy years as our "tri-pod". Would definitly recommend this business.

I had been a faithful and compliant client of Dr. Tack for my 3 dogs for the past 6 year. My dog was displaying neurological signs and symptoms for over a year in addition to a seizure. He never performed a cursory neurological examination nor referred me to a neurologist. When my dog sustaned another seizure I sought a consultantion with a neurologist and found out she had a large benign tumor in her brain . Dr. Tack and his staff are some of the most caring and compassionate folks in their field. I don't know what we would do without them!
