Black river did an amazing job! I set up an appointment on Facebook messenger. It worked out great! They called me when they were on their way. I expected they would come and do a simple steam clean and be done. But... no way. They did a 5 step process and made my carpets look and smell like new! They both were very professional and worked for 4 straight hours scrubbing, buffing, fluffing, steaming, and vacuuming! I will be calling them again for sure! Thank you Black River! -Dan and Kristine
