Joe did an amazing job at our place! But, what I really appreciate the most, is his incredible work ethic. He always answered every text or call ASAP. He was so very kind and listened to what we wanted and did it and beyond. He kept in constant communication with me. If he was running behind, he would call and let me know. He never kept us waiting or guessing. He is an incredible young man who works extremely hard. He is proud of his company and work, as he should be! Give Joe a holler!!!
5 Stars I had Joe clean the carpet in one bedroom, two mattresses, and an old recliner that was pretty gross looking. The carpet and mattresses came out clean and fresh as I expected, but I was blown away by how well he was able to restore the recliner.
Joe did a great job for us! Lots of pet hair later I have clean carpets again! I will be booking him every six months from here until eternity. Explained himself every step of the way and when he was done it was beautiful and dry within 2 hours! No joke! Very happy and would recommend him to anyone.
Great customer service. We purchased a new house. Joe did an excellent job getting stains out. The carpet looks new and the whole house smells fresh.
Joe cleaned our carpet/stairs on Saturday. Even though, visibly, they weren't that dirty, he took his time and worked until late afternoon. He responded to my messages in a very timely manner and let me know when he was on his way. And the carpets look wonderful! I love supporting local companies. Will use him again next year!

Black River Steam Restoration does beyond amazing work. Stains that I thought would never come out were gone! older carpet that was matted down looked fluffy and pretty much brand new again! I highly recommend this company to everyone I hear talk about getting floor cleaning done ! Thanks for all your awesome work Joe!
