I have never had a worse experience with an office in my life. The staff is rude and uncaring. I would not recommend anyone go to this office ever.
I will never recommend Dr. Garcia!! My first visit my driver made me 15 minutes late and they refused me when I came almost 2 hours away !! My second visit I had alot of exstactions when he was done I looked around the room he was gone!! This was in July!! Were in January and so far my regular dentist had had to use a scalpel to open up my gums three times to remove large bone fragments!! Which has caused me pain,stress and mental anguish!!! Great at what he does! Ten minutes start to finish to extract a molar. Even the Novocain didn’t hurt.
Thought he was a decent dentist until I had to get some roots removed. He was rushing to get it done. He was swearing, brought me to tears, was very rude and unprofessional. I left with a fat lip and cut all in my mouth. I will never go back and I do not recommend him at all
Amazing work he did great on boyfriend, who happens to hate dentist said he wish he worked closer. Said he would go to him all the time. The whole staff where very kind.
I have always been sedated when I have teeth extracted. Dr Garcia put my mind at ease and I got through the extraction AWAKE! Just amazed how easy it really was.
Worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional. Dr.Dines has no consideration for his patients and is very uncomfortable to be around. I went in for a consultation for wisdom teeth removal and left feeling scared, nervous, and upset. During the consultation he was rude and careless with his words, and told me my surgery would be "very painful and bloody". His bedside manner was horrendous. Dr Dines is direct but kind. His office staff is very sweet and I enjoyed them very much. I am happy with my experience, I would recommend him.
Oh and I think I forgot to add that he left me with permanent nerve damage.. this man is a total failure
