No auto-pay unless you send in bank information on letterhead and sign a physical document is outrageous. I'm an out-of-state property manager. This process is incredibly early 2000s.
Had Auto-pay set up and somehow keeps getting deleted allowing bills and fees to pile. In addition after some research, love to tack on hidden summer fees to the bill. Was fun to come back home to and see after being gone awhile, setting temp to 80 and seeing a bill way too big as it was.
