Worst electric company I have ever dealt with. They are rude and have no customer service skills. Besides this, they are more expensive than Progress Energy, and will turn off your electricity if you miss one payment. My wife and I insisted that we never received a notification of this, (though we did receive our neighbors electric bill from the mail carrier, ironically). Still, when I talked to their boss, I asked what he would do to fix our problem of a \$40.00 late service charge, and he said, "Nothing." Then hung up on m... read more
