RecommendedOrdered a part from Pennsylvania for my grandfather, and I made a mistake and entered the incorrect house number. It was sent back to Black River Boats. I emailed them and Kimberley responded quickly by email and shipped the part again, without charging a second shipping fee. Thank you!
Won’t return calls or Emails regarding $500 worth of parts I ordered over a month ago. They replied the first time I emailed saying waiting on parts from the Factory. I have since emailed them 4 more times with no reply.PayPal has contacted them over a week ago to get a refund and they will not reply to them either . This is not how you run a business!
Just picked up my boat from Black River. Very pleased. Jason was very easy to work with and was able to answer all my questions I had for him. Made making a custom boat very easy.
Do not buy parts from them. Do not respond to emails or phone messages. Mistakenly ordered wrong part,reordered correct part and returned it in Sept 2019 ,its January 2020 and no refund. I have spoke to Jason 2 months ago and he says it's on the shelf and will credit. Still not seen the credit.

I placed an online order with them on may 3 2019 here it is a month later and no parts I’ve asked for a refund and still nothing wont even return my calls. All I ordered was a liner, grease, and a key common parts they have said it was shipped but they can’t provide tracking #. Do not do business with these people or you might get ripped off like I think I have.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Just got home Thursday evening (4/26/18) with our new Blazer SS. Absolutely love our boat. They are awesome in doing work that the customer wants. Kept adding things on and it wasn’t a problem. Very nice people to sit around and talk with also. I highly recommend anyone who’s wanting a new boat to check them out. Thank you Jason and Kim for your hard work and making the boat the way we wanted!
Top notch service, even accommodated my crazy work schedule to get my boat to me. Appreciate the work put in and the effort spent to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend!
